Prosecuting a hapless, uneducated, and ghetto Black woman named Cadesha Bishop does not qualiify as a significant person.

An investigator of the Nevada State Bar revealed the non-appearance of educational records related to Madilyn Cole. Madilyn Cole was listed in the Nevada State Bar as a Clark County, NV Prosecutor but her educational records were missing or not listed.
When a State Bar officer was asked to explain why a blonde-haired Danielle Chio supporter named Madilyn Cole did not have educational credentials posted on the Nevada State Bar website proving her law degree, Nevada State Bar officers claimed it was an error. That claimed that so-called "Computer glitches, software errors" that were repeatedly re-coccuring over the course of several years prevented the educational records of Madilyn Cole from appearing on the Nevada State Bar website.
After being threatened with a federal lawsuit, Nevada State Bar officers finally did what they should have done several years ago! Treat Danielle Chio's personal friend and supporter Madilyn Cole the same as all other Nevada State Bar lawyers.

Mueller claimed that Judge Leavitt’s daughter, [name withheld in the pleading], “had been involved with a pimp in Las Vegas;” that an individual "had pimped Judge Leavitt’s daughter" According to Attorney Mueller’s source, "Judge Leavitt’s daughter was, indeed, in the prostitution ring run by Valentine"

In 2015, the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline issued a public reprimand against Judge Michelle Leavitt, for keeping a woman jailed for 10 days on a contempt charge without bail or a hearing in 2012.
According to documents obtained by the Baltimore Post-Examiner, Judge Michelle Leavitt admitted she committed violations of the Revised Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct; failure to comply with the law, failure to uphold and apply the law, failure to perform judicial duties competently and diligently, failure to require judicial staff to act in a manner consistent with the judge’s obligation under the Code and failure to be candid and honest with disciplinary agencies.
According to the Stipulation and Order for Public Reprimand that was filed with the Nevada Supreme Court on May 13, 2015, by the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline, Leavitt on four separate instances, failed to be honest with the Commission.
By blocking her critics, by allowing her husband to inflate his past association with Major League Baseball, by changinhg her name to suit her political ambitions, by seeking Jews to finance her campaign, by tying her campaign to the history of the Leavitt family, by publicly demonstrating her low I.Q. level, and by associating with known Oriental demons and whores, Madilyn Cole is clearly unfit to become a judge.
