Contrary to the puppet background of Tracy Hibbetts, Veronica Barisich is a FREE, MENTALLY STABLE, INDEPENDENT NON-ASIAN JUDGE WHO REFUSES TO SERVE AS A PUPPET FOR STEVE WOLFSON. TRACY HIBBETTS NEEDS A PSYCHIATRIST, NOT A GOVERNMENT JOB!
Tracy Hibbetts is the hand-picked puppet of Steve Wolfson to avenge the anger against Honorable Judge Veronica Barisich for ruling against lies and fabricated evidence in the Kirstin "Blaise" Lobato case. The Clark County District Attorney Office wants a submissive, passive, and dutiful puppet to ensure cases like Kirstin "Blaise" Lobato NEVER are uncovered, and innocent persons are deliberately framed!
Tracy Hibbetts and her cop husband are angry about the %29.5 Million civil judgement levied against the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. The civil judgement hold the corrupt police department's two detectives, and their employees liable for using a corrupt judge, and multiple employees, to frame an innocent person.
Hong Born immigrant Tracy Hibbetts is willing to play the role of Valorie Vegas, the former Clark County, NV Chief District Attorney, whom Defense lawyers claim helped frame innocent persons while on the bench, including her most famous victim Kirstin "Blaise" Lobato.
Upon her release from prison and upon the inability of the Clark County, NV District Attorney Steven Wolfson to present evidence of her guilt, lawyers for Kirstin "Blaise" Lobato swiftly sought a court order for a "Certificate of Innocence.". The legal technique is a statement from a Judge that there was NEVER any evidence to prove her guilt in the first place!!
In fact, when wrongly accused Kirstin "Blaise" Lobato was successfully issued a Certificate of Innocence, Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson, and Sheriff Kevin McMahill, protested the legal manuever. Both law enforcment officers wrote a joint letter to Attorney General Ford imploring Ford to not accept the Certificate. Steve Wolfson was angry!
Not surprisingly, both Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson, and Sheriff Kevin McMahill have both been pictured with corrupt government employees like Madilyn Cole (who has been traced to using spyware, and hacking websites of her critics) along with other DA employees seeking a judicial position.
Lastly, and finally, who was the judge who signed and certified the Certificate of Innocence that led to the 29.5 million judgement for Kirstin "Blaise" Lobato?? Certainly, not the submissive, passive, paid-for-and-lawyer-funded Tracy Hibbetts.
Honorable Judge Veronica Barisich reviewed the facts, reviewed the laws, heard the legal points and legal authotities of all sides, and based her decisions on FACTS, NOT WHO SHE IS MARRIED (Tracy Hibbetts bases all of her decisions on whether or not it will upset her cop husband, Brian Hibbetts, or employees of the Clark County District Attorney's Office.
